As the end of the day, after the exams and the poetic day, we closed with a lunch with the students, sharing a more relaxed and well deserved moment among all the groups.
We brought them closer to a part of Catalan gastronomy, with dishes such as botifarra with beans, escalivada, calçots (in Ecuadorian version!) and romesco sauce.
A space to enjoy, talk and celebrate the path traveled together.
