Thirty-two Gastronomy students from the University of Guayaquil discovered the flavors and history of Catalonia by making Christmas bread, candied cake and egg yolk nougat.
The session was given by the chef Neus Tuset, thanks to the agreement between the Casal Català de Guayaquil and the University of Guayaquil, with the support of chef Efrén Silva.
In November, a second group will continue this sweet cultural adventure.
To spread culture is also to share taste.
